Sukha: Movement with Ease
Explore what it means to carry less and move more freely.
A 2.5-hour online workshop with gentle movement, breathwork, and guided inquiry rooted in the yoga philosophy of ease.
About the Workshop
In Sanskrit, sukha means ease, or "good space". Not ease as in easy, but ease as in without unnecessary friction.
This workshop is an invitation to explore where we hold tension we do not need, in our bodies, our breath, and our lives.
Together we'll explore
This is not about pushing harder. It is about learning to move, on the mat and through your life, with less resistance.
You will leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to the ease already within you.
Give yourself permission to move with less weight.
Ease is not the absence of difficulty. It is how we choose to move through it.
Not a challenge. A reconnect.
Perfect for people who prefer purposeful, kinder, restorative practice with options for all bodies and experience levels.
