But I get that life happens: Caring responsibilities? Flare up? You won't be penalised for skipping a class you've booked!

Meet Shruti
PhD | Level 4 Personal Trainer | 400hr+ Yoga Teacher

Hi, I'm Shruti and I live with Psoriatic Arthritis. I was diagnosed in 2020, after over 10 years of issues with my body. I'd been doing yoga for years to help my symptoms, building strength and stability as well as a mental calm.
My background in rehabilitation research (PhD, Imperial College London) combined with my training as a Level 4 Personal Trainer means I can work safely with complex conditions. I'm also a trauma-informed yoga teacher, because I know that living with chronic illness often comes with its own emotional weight.
Whether you're managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury, or simply want a gentler approach to fitness, I'm here to guide you. No pressure, no judgement, just movement that meets you where you are.
